Adkins exceeded my expectations in every aspect. I got several quotes for window treatments for a newly constructed home. I stopped into their showroom in Westfield to make the appointment. Catherine showed up at the agreed upon time and we had a short discussion on what I wanted and she measured the windows. After getting all quotes (which were comparable), I decided to go with Adkins based on the service I received that far in the process. Catherine measured the windows a second time, and then ordered the blinds. The company that manufactures the blinds is in Lafayette, so four short weeks later the blinds were installed by a very nice man who did a great job! Adkins is a locally owned business and I was impressed by their business model. Provide quality product, follow through in all aspects until completion, and have employees that treat customers professionally and with kindness and respect. I wish I could give more than five stars. I would definitely recommend Adkins!
